Atlanta-based-InComm-announces-acquiring-Hallmark-subsidiary Atlanta-based InComm announces acquiring Hallmark subsidiaryInComm, an Atlanta, Georgia-based prepaid payments company, as per recent reports last week, has announced acquiring Hallmark Business Connections, a Hallmark subsidiary. Further details and terms & conditions of the deal were undisclosed.

Hallmark Business Connections was Hallmark’s business relationships unit, offering physical and digital greeting cards to promote employee engagement to celebrate career milestones, company achievements, workplace excellence, and personal growth. Furthermore, the Hallmark subsidiary was also engaged in selling customer engagement cards like those used for direct marketing, customer care, and member outreach.

The Hallmark subsidiary has a long line up of customers that includes Wells Fargo, State Farm, and Zappos, to name a few, and spans across a range of industries. The Kansas City, Missouri-based company has offices in Minneapolis and Duluth, Minnesota.

Hallmark Business Connections is InComm’s ninth acquisition since its acquisition of Linq3 Technologies, an Atlanta, Georgia-based digital lottery company, earlier this year, in Mar. 2019. With the Hallmark subsidiary acquisition, InComm plans on expanding its business from stored value reward cards into more comprehensive incentives programs.
