Peterson has over twenty-two years of real estate experience in the commercial property industry, and has previously worked as the Regional Managing Director and Market Leader at Colliers International from 2011 to 2019, in its DC office; as the Director of Property Management for the mid-Atlantic market at Grubb & Ellis; and with Clarion Partners in DC on high profile assignments for separate accounts and institutional clients.

Recently, Blackpoint entered into a partnership agreement with Colliers International on providing cyber security for commercial real estate via Colliers’ new ‘Neighborhood Curated by Colliers’ platform, and thus this decision to hire Peterson is nothing but monumental in this peak time.
