River Valley Community Federal Credit Union, a Camden, Arkansas-based full-service community financial institution, recently announced its face-to-face (f2f) digital banking service powered by the POPio Mobile Video Cloud (POPi/o), becoming the first–ever financial institution to do so in the Mississippi-bordered state of Arkansas.
The Camden-based River Valley FCU – a member-owned financial institution – is now capable of providing video collaboration for the union’s 7,200+ members, through web and mobile applications on any personal device.
The credit union, having two branches, will now be offering real-time mobile video chats, along with other complex banking functionalities to its members through POPi/o’s patented platform.
“POPi/o’s video banking platform allows River Valley another way to connect with our members much more efficiently and give our members a great experience with us,” states Mark Hixson, President & CEO, River Valley FCU. “We’re very excited to use this technology tool to build upon the years of relationships that we have with our members.”
Adding further, Mark says, “It is a blend of technology and relationship.”
In another such instance, Royal Banks of Missouri in its statement earlier this month also announced implementing POPi/o to deliver video-assisted digital banking services.
