Cloud Elements, a Denver, Colorado-based cloud API integration platform, as per recent reports, has raised $25 million investment in a new Series C funding round to pitch in its proprietary API integration platform to software providers.
The recent funding round was led by Mercato Partners and was participated by existing investors, namely: Access Ventures, American Express Ventures, Grotech Ventures, Upslope Ventures, Harbert Growth Partners, and Rally Ventures. With this recent Series C funding, Cloud Elements’ raised worth is at $46.2 million. The company plans to utilize this funding in adding new capabilities to the cloud API integration platform and to further expand into the US and European markets.
Mark Geene, CEO and co-founder, Cloud Elements, says, “APIs are a great way to make software work together, but developers now have to deal with hundreds or thousands of APIs to automate basic business processes. Point-to-point integration can’t scale to address this challenge”.

Cloud Elements has a wide customer base, which includes giants like SAP and IBM; independent software vendors like Axway, DoubleDutch, FinancialForce, Microstrategy and Sage; fintech solution providers such as Danske Bank, FIS, PaySimple, and Western Union; and digital business enterprise units like Dun & Bradstreet and Xerox.
