After the acquisition, the combined business will operate under the Culmen International brand to offer a significantly expanded suite of technological capabilities to its customers.

According to Dan Berkon, founder and CEO of Culmen, the foundation beams of the latest acquisition lie in highly valuable data analytics capabilities, and with this acquisition, Culmen will further expand its technology and services solutions in big data discovery, geospatial intelligence, advanced analytics, and link analysis. The company is proud to support Centrifuge Systems, who have a proven track record of supporting the Intelligence Community; Homeland Security; Defense Department; civilian, state, and local agencies; and commercial organizations in their critical missions, detecting cyber threats, fraud, insider threats, health risks and much more.

The Virginia-based company supports some of the world’s most demanding applications, such as counter-terrorism, homeland defense, cybersecurity, and financial crimes analysis. Centrifuge’s combined technological capabilities include big data discovery, advanced analytics visualization, agile software engineering, link analysis, intelligence analysis, and the Internet of Things (IoT).

Centrifuge’s team will now work under Mark Dumas, Chief Strategy Officer (CSO), Culmen International, and will be a part of Culmen’s Technology Solutions Division.
