D-Tools, a Concord, California-based global leader in data-driven system integration software, as per recent reports, has announced participation at the ISC West (International Security Conference & Exposition) 2019 event, to be held at Las Vegas, Nevada, next week, where the company will be demonstrating new capabilities of its – System Integrator v12 – D-Tools’ estimation, design, and project management System Integrator (SI) software solution.
D-Tools SI v12 features following new capabilities:
New Workflow Management Rules
With new workflow management rules, managers can now enforce standards and operating procedures, which employees must comply. The new workflow rules keep tabs on checks and balances ensuring adherence to minimum profit margin requirements, acknowledgment and approval by management before issuance of large proposals and purchase orders, notifying necessary team members of the customer needs, and more. Furthermore, workflows can be configured to trigger an action or notification alert based on user-set criteria.
New Project Notifications
SI users, by setting notification alerts, can keep the internal and external team members of a specific project informed about progress and sales-related activities. These notifications will ensure that project stakeholders remain informed, allowing them to adapt, respond, and stay on-task as project parameters change.
New Calculated Product Costs and Labor Items
Based on user-defined pricing parameters, the new solution allows calculation of cost and sell prices, allowing system integrators to use a project’s equipment total to come up with a projected labor, design fees, freight charges or installation materials budget.
In a gist, SI customers, by applying percentages, mark-ups, mark-downs, and other functions, can now maintain accurate and consistent pricing across projects.
