AUTOMATE-300x300 Denton’s NextLaw Lab Integrates Libryo and Clause In Its PortfolioTwo new addition in its portfolio i.e. automated contract drafting platform Clause and compliance management platform Libryo was proclaimed by Nextlaw Labs, global law firm Denton’s legal technology development incubator. The companies will work with Denton’s clients and executives to obtain capital investment, mentorship and training to expand their product as a part of the development relationship. Continuation of NextLaw is denoted by this move. Partnership with Matter management tool Apperio and Transaction management platform Doxly was also declared earlier this year by NextLaw. The partnership with ROSS was the first one to be announced by the company which is not older than last year.


Clause specializes in data-driven or automated contracts. Such technologies will allow attorneys to web API sources, making it possible to render contracts with real-time elements and draft contracts which automatically reflects data drawn from Internet of Things was explained by Peter Hunn, Co-Founder, and CEO of Clause.
