Digital Air Strike, the leading consumer engagement company, in a recent statement on Thursday, Jan. 17th 2019, announced acquiring the assets of Target Media Partners Interactive (TMPi), a leading provider of digital advertising solutions for automotive dealerships and small businesses across the US, and Libra Systems, a software company which provides leasing and financing services to automotive retailers. The acquisitions being the largest expansion ever in Digital Air Strike’s history is a large leap forward in rounding out its consumer engagement and digital retailing platform.
With TMPi’s integration, Digital Air Strike will be able to extract and transform all the advertising capabilities into its lead generation platform to offer something that’s much more powerful and robust, which includes display advertising as a Google Premier Partner, location-based geo-targeted advertising, and VDP Power Listings. With the integration of these advanced tools the company can quickly and easily integrate inventory into social platforms and top automotive sites, to help dealership unlock business opportunities.
Also with Libra Systems’ patent-pending “Risk-to-Roll Software” integration into Digital Air Strike’s intelligent messaging platform, Response Path, and its patented lead response solution, Response Logix, capable of generating multi-vehicle price quotes and building microsites in near real-time, will enable consumers to calculate payments and interest rates online, and also enable dealership to eliminate price guesswork, which often is the reason they lose certain clients, receive delayed funding, and get caught up discriminatory lending claims.
