Doxo, a Seattle, Washington-based bill payment platform, as per recent reports, has announced entering into a partnership agreement with RR Donnelley & Sons (RRD), a Chicago, Illinois-based integrated communications platform, on offering RRD access to Doxo’s electronic bill payment solutions.
Speaking on this context, Tim Reedy, president of RRD Business Communications Solutions says, “We partnered with Doxo because consumers are increasingly seeking a seamless, digital bill pay experience, and Doxo has developed a capability that delivers that experience.”
The Seattle-based bill payment solution provider, with its payment technology, enables users, access to over 45,000 providers for bill payments using a single set of login credentials.
Adding further Reedy says, “Like our other business communications solutions, Doxo integrates easily into our clients’ current workflows and processes to further enhance their communications program without any downtime”.
Doxo’s payment solution comes with existing billing system compatibility, allowing billers to electronically connect without any fees. Moreover, the platform’s simplicity is aimed at creating a unique experience for end users, also the platform’s complete online payment system offering is a boon to billers who are yet to completely go digital.
Doxo has partnered with all the major players in the finance, utilities, healthcare, telecom, banking, and insurance industries, including AT&T, National Grid, Puget Sound Energy, Kansas City Light, and many more as its billing partners.
Recently, in the past, Doxo raised $18.8 million in investment funding, which was participated by investors: Mohr Davidow Ventures, Sigma Partners, and Bezos Expeditions.
