Fibaro, a home automation company that specializes in manufacturing wireless intelligent home automation and control devices, in a recent press release statement, announced its devices’ integration with the Samsung’s SmartThings platform. As per the press reports, six Fibaro products now come with SmartThings compatibility, and a promise for additional device compatibility to come later this year (2019).
With this significant unveiling, the select Fibaro Z-Wave smart home sensors and devices will now come with SmartThings compatibility. The SmartThings platform, being an open ecosystem, is compatible with a plethora of third-party devices out there in the market. Furthermore, the SmartThings platform with its smart capabilities enables the user to expand on various smart home options out there in the market from lights, door locks, thermostats, and cameras, to voice assistants, and much more.
These Fibaro Z-Wave smart home devices include Fibaro Motion Sensor; Fibaro Door/Window Sensor & Door/Window Sensor 2; Fibaro Dimmer 2; Fibaro Single Switch & Double Switch; Fibaro Wall Plug; and Fibaro Flood Sensor.
