With this acquisition, CPSI will capable of advancing their ability to care for patients outside the bars of a community healthcare facility. The acquisition of Get Real Health further allows CPSI to fortify its position in community healthcare by providing Get Real Health’s comprehensive patient engagement and empowerment solutions.

As part of the announcement, CPSI acute and ambulatory customers will be able to utilize InstantPHR and CHBase to engage their patients in a much deeper way than traditional patient portals. The company’s Ellie app will enable its customers to advance their patients’ health outcomes while fortifying their own bottom lines. Through this agreement, Get Real Health also brings a decade’s worth of international business experience and connections, opening potential new marketplaces for CPSI’s existing offerings. On the contrary, CPSI’s greater resources and capabilities will help Get Real Health scale to serve existing and new customers and markets.
