The company’s 2018 Future of Retail Technology Report that surveyed over 300 retail decision-maker illustrated the imperative requirement for digital technologies that support innovative, sustainable business models. While just 29 percent of decision-makers responded that they have confidence in their existing organizational structures and partners to convey much-needed breakthroughs.
