KORE Wireless, a wireless network data provider headquartered in Alpharetta, Georgia, in a recent statement, announced to close in on acquiring NGA Holding B.V., d/b/a ASPIDER-NGI, a provider of connectivity, core network, and eSIM solutions, by executing a definitive agreement. The acquisition will benefit KORE by enabling it to offer managed connectivity services and solutions to its customers, thus helping them maximize return on investments.
ASPIDER-NGI provides Infrastructure as a service (IaaS) for mobile access, applications, and connectivity services, leveraging core network and value-added services (VAS) across voice, data and messaging. The firm provides connectivity services via its own core network to companies and carriers all around the world.
According to Romil Bahl, KORE’s president and chief executive officer, the company is excited to announce this acquisition and for Jan Mooijman and his team to join KORE. The company’s deep expertise, experience, and global reach, together with ASPIDER-NGI’s innovative approach in core network managed services, security, and IoT solutions – including eSIM – will provide an enhanced connectivity control, benefiting its customers from unmatched IoT capabilities and unique next-gen solutions and services. This acquisition will also help Kore, to expand its presence in European and Asian-Pacific markets.
