With an aim to provide a consistent digital banking experience for customers, both online through mobile and net banking and offline in-person at its branch offices.

Speaking on this context, James Terry, senior vice president and director of systems development at NBT Bank, says, “The goal is to give customers the freedom to bank how they want and create a deeper connection with them as a result.”

The Fiserv single platform architect features a software development kit that financial institutions and banks can utilize as per their needs to tailor their financial services offering to their customers. With this partnership, the Norwich-based NBT Bank also expects to cater to the attraction and retention needs of the employee, giving its staff the tools to act on customer feedbacks and increase the bank’s in-house development works.
