The new patented POPi/o platform will allow the bank’s customers to engage in real-time video chats with the representatives from the bank, via Royal Banks’ website or mobile app, on any personal device. According to the Missouri-based community bank, this new ability will further ease the much complex banking tasks such as in-video transactions, document approvals, and secure exchange of applications and documents.

POPi/o can be easily deployed within existing systems, this allows for smooth presentation of loan origination system (LOS) documents and other current customer service applications, according to the company.

Gene Pranger, POPi/o’s founder, and CEO states, “With POPi/o, financial institutions can now offer customized, one-to-one services once only available inside the branch to any digital channel for the most seamless consumer banking experience possible.”

Furthermore, users of POPi/o will have access to the Executive Dashboard and Support Centre, allowing them to keep a tab on details such as analytics, along with an industry-first application for emotive recognition.
