Salesforce-to-transform-the-Digital-Experience-for-Pacific-Life Salesforce to transform the Digital Experience for Pacific LifeSalesforce, a San Francisco, California-based Customer Success platform, as per recent reports, has announced entering into a partnership agreement with Pacific Life, a Newport Beach, California-based leading insurance and retirement solutions provider.

Both Salesforce and Pacific Life will be working together on a new program to bridge the gap between Newport-based Pacific Life’s sales and marketing teams and their prospective clients. The insurance firm squared in on Salesforce on delivering a seamless and integrated experience across all its US retail businesses.

“We are coming together to digitally transform and build the future of our organization, and we are thrilled that Salesforce is one of our partners in this journey forward,” states Brian Woolfolk, Senior Vice President – Sales & Chief Marketing Officer for Pacific Life’s Retirement Solutions Division.

The Newport-based Pacific Life also offers life insurance, annuities, and mutual funds services via independent financial professionals, who then sell these services directly to consumers. Prior to the firm’s partnership with Salesforce, the insurer lacked a platform that would empower its employees across regions and departments to view and manage every customer relationship and interaction all at one place.

In order to tackle this unique and time-consuming challenge, Pacific Life partnered with Salesforce on a new initiative called the “NextGen CRM” program. The new initiative aims at assisting Pacific Life in revamping its engagement with financial professionals.

In order to achieve the digital transformation Pacific Life seeks, the Newport Beach-based insurer plans on utilizing Salesforce’s Financial Services Cloud, Einstein Analytics, Einstein Data Discovery, Marketing Cloud, MuleSoft, Quip, the Salesforce Lightning Platform, and Success Cloud advisory services.

“Financial professionals expect the same personalized touchpoints and convenience when working with institutions as they get from their favorite consumer app experiences,” states Rohit Mahna, Senior Vice President – Financial Services, Salesforce.
