According to a report, the Samsung’s Gear S3 has some of the most unconventional circuitry found in wearable devices. Memory, LTE Connectivity, High Definition Graphics and power management was foundon theinside of the device along with a dual-core 64-bit ARM Cortex-A53 processor running at 1.0GHz. With the above specs incorporated, the wearable device can match theperformance of low-cost smartphones. The Gear S3 Frontier and Classic models offer a battery life of up to 3 days with the above components. A 64-bit chip while paired with a good graphics processor can do more processing within fewer clock cycles, which means longer battery life.

With that, kind of combination can allow modern operating systems to run on the device and in order open doors for the new kind of apps to run that were not possible before. The Tizen OS that the Gear S3 has can now work with the ARM-based 64-bit chips. The Mali-T720 GPU that is incorporated in the wearable device is capable of handling far more HD content that the 1.3-inch AMOLED display can show.
