AITC has been awarded by the US Army to upgrade the security infrastructure of the service’s Mission including Installation of Contracting Command (MICC) based at Fort Jackson, South Carolina.
Under this deal, the company will be strongly committed to providing intrusion detection systems (IDS) that also include operations, maintenance, monitoring and repair, and network and system equipment updates.
In addition to this, the company should deliver the timely upgrades for the transition to the Risk Management Framework Assessment and Authorization (A&A).
Ruiz, AITC president, and chief executive officer Gabe said that “AITC is very encouraged to support this effort. We are already employed in training for security systems and Cyber Security certifications and it’s fantastic to support the army.
He also stated that, this multi-million dollar contract will be active for a period of three years that includes one base year with two options.“We are working with the army to enhance their security systems for (A&A) and ensure good and efficient mechanism So that our soldiers have a safe and secure environment during basic training.”
AITC has secured the company’s cybersecurity services experience and expertise successfully supporting the transition of information systems from regular Certification and Accreditation to the Risk Management Framework A&A.
