Solera Holdings, an American risk management and asset protection software and services provider to the automotive industry and property insurance marketplace, in a recent statement on Thursday, Feb. 7th 2019, announced acquiring in4mo Oy, a Nordic Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) provider to the property structure insurance and repair professional marketplaces, founded in 2007 and headquartered in Helsinki . The financial details of the acquisition deal were not disclosed.

Solera was founded in 2005, and reportedly processes over 300 million digital transactions per year for its huge 235,000 partners and customer base, spread in over 90 countries.
Adding further, Aquila said that in4mo with over 180,000 building repair claims annually is most trusted and reputed insurance carrier in Europe, with dominance in Norway, Denmark, Finland and Sweden, and expansion plans in Germany.
