After the build 14926 which came out in the mid of September build 14946 is the first test build for Windows Phone Insiders. Some minor feature tweaks are included in the new build. It appears though the company is going to show a big feature update for after the October 26 New York City event for Redstone 2 as some reports mentioned that the company will be revealing more info about Redstone 2.


The support for the other gestures like three or four finger swipes along with some tap settings and advanced gesture configuration option on the precision touchpad are included in the build 14946. For Windows Phone users are also getting the skill to turn off the screen that is not in use with the continuum. New Wi-Fi settings for selecting the amount of time for the Wi-Fi to turn back on is also been incorporated into the build for both PC and mobile testers. For Phone users, there is a new choice to inhibit auto correction, alter the occurrence of scheduled backups for Mobile to once a week and an option to eliminate a word from a user dictionary.
